Deal Wizard is a standalone property investment analysis tool designed for real estate investors. It helps you analyze property deals, generate reports, track clients/investors, and create marketing ads with QR codes, supporting strategies like HMO, B2R, BRRR, and more. It runs as an executable file without requirements or additional installations.

Deal Wizard is primarily tailored to assist deal sourcers, investors, developers, and other real estate professionals looking to evaluate investment opportunities, manage investor relationships, and create professional marketing materials efficiently. 

Deal Wizard supports Windows 10/11 or later, and at least 4GB of RAM, 500MB of free disk space, and a compatible graphics system. No additional software is required. 

So you found a target property, eh? Open Deal Wizard, go to the “Input Data” tab, select an investment strategy (e.g., HMO, B2R), enter deal details (e.g., purchase price, GDV), and click “Analyze Deal” to generate financial metrics, KPIs, and visualizations in the “Output & Analysis” tab. 

This feature saves your company name, contact number, and logo to a “branding” folder in the executable’s directory, so you don’t need to re-enter this information for future deals. Your branding is also placed neatly in the generated reports.
